The 3rd AsiaEvo Organizing Committee welcomes organizations to consider sponsoring and exhibiting at the 2023 event. We offer comprehensive sponsorship packages which include exhibit space, branding, and networking. Exhibit space and sponsorship availability is on a first-come-first-served basis. The committee is open to discuss alternative, more creative options for sponsorships.

Symposium Sponsor

  • SGD 10,000 (up to 18 different symposia to sponsor)
  • The funds pay for the travel expenses of symposium speakers
  • Acknowledgement as sponsor with sponsor’s logo on the AsiaEvo website
  • Acknowledgement as sponsor with sponsor’s logo on the program flier
  • Option to offer a sponsor’s flier along with the program flier at registration
  • Symposium speakers who receive funds are asked to acknowledge the sponsor, either at the beginning or end of their talk.

Exhibit Sponsor

  • SGD 8,000 (about 5 floor spaces available)
  • The funds defray operating expenses of the conference
  • Acknowledgement as sponsor with sponsor’s logo on the AsiaEvo website
  • Acknowledgement as sponsor with sponsor’s logo on the program flier
  • Option to offer a sponsor’s flier along with the program flier at registration
  • A 3m x 5m floor space will be made available in the foyer for the exhibitor to have a table and/or chairs, e.g. with a free-standing poster, etc.

Student Prize Sponsor

  • SGD 6,000 (3 prizes available)
  • The funds defray operating expenses of the conference
  • Acknowledgement as sponsor with sponsor’s logo on the AsiaEvo website
  • Acknowledgement as sponsor with the name of the prize (e.g. “The ExxonMobil Student Paper Award”) on the program flier
  • Option to offer a sponsor’s flier along with the program flier at registration
  • Provide the prize for the student, which is either $500 (first prize), $300 (second prize), or $100 (third prize) in cash, or the equivalent or greater of the sponsor’s choice (e.g. “One voucher for a free RNA-seq library prep and 50 gigabases of HiSeq”)

Plenary Sponsor

  • SGD 5,000 (3 plenaries available)
  • The funds pay for the travel expenses of the plenary speaker and for the operating expenses of the conference
  • Acknowledgement as sponsor with sponsor’s logo on the AsiaEvo website
  • Option to offer a sponsor’s flier along with the program flier at registration
  • Plenary speaker is asked to acknowledge the sponsor either at the beginning or end of his or her talk.

Journal/Publisher Sponsorship

  • SGD 3,000
  • The funds contribute to the operating expenses of the conference
  • Acknowledgement as sponsor with sponsor’s logo on the AsiaEvo website
  • A 3m x 5m floor space will be made available in the foyer for the exhibitor to have a table and/or chairs, e.g. with a free-standing poster, etc.
