Conference attendees are invited to self-organize into groups to visit the Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.

This 130-hectare park is recognize as a site of international importance for migratory birds and is formally listed with the East Asian Australasian Shorebird Site Network. In 2003, Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve became Singapore’s first ASEAN Heritage Park, featuring mangroves, forests, and crocodiles. Taxi to and from the park. Admission is free.

All excursions are “self organized.” If you’re interested in visiting Sungei Buloh on Tuesday, please post a topic title below (e.g. “I plan to order a taxi at 10AM and can take two more passengers”) and include logistics and contact information in the body of your topic. Other’s can “sign up” with your ride by adding comments to your topic. Alternatively, comment on someone else’s topic to join their party.
